Returns:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

  • We are happy to exchange an item within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Shipping charges for the exchange will be at the customer's expense.
